Ophthalmology Associates was founded by Dr Oscar Anderson in 1961, and for over 47 years, our goal has been to provide you, our patients, with the utmost in personal attention and the very best in eye care services.  We are all -- physicians, technicians and patient staff personnel -- dedicated to achieving that goal.

Ophthalmology Associates offers you a wide range of services and specialty expertise. Our three board-certified physicians have received extensive training beyond medical school to diagnose and treat diseases of the eye with medications, surgery, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Routine eye examinations are also performed to fit glasses and detect abnormal eye conditions.

We are fortunate in Mankato to have high technology equipment for diagnosis and treatment available at either our office or at one of the area hospitals. For the convenience of our out of town patients, our doctors do outreach care -- including exams and surgery -- in Waseca, Le Sueur, St Peter, St James and New Ulm.
